Carowinds in Gastonia, NC is seeking a scheduling assistant to support the Workforce Supervisor. You will help associates with FUNtime, UKG/Kronos, and App questions and back up full-time park schedulers as needed. The role requires strong Excel skills and a commitment to guest service.

This is an on-site position with potential for additional duties as directed by management. The hourly rate is $16, and you will work closely with multiple departments to ensure staffing coverage and smooth

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including formulas and Pivot Tables.

Responsabilités

• Schedule duties within the FUNtime scheduling system, managing long term schedules for various departments.
• Revise park schedules as staffing changes occur.
• Compile information such as open shift reports and staffing details.
• Attend management meetings to address staffing needs and challenges.
• Deliver high level guest service in person and over the phone.
• Keep the office area neat and organized at all times.
• Perform additional duties as outlined by the Manager.
