Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a detail‑oriented Staffing Scheduler for the day shift. You will manage master schedules, ensure adequate resident coverage, and collaborate with leadership to optimize staffing across the unit.

The role requires a CNA license, strong organization, and proven scheduling experience in long‑term care. A supportive facility environment and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Active CNA license is required.
• Experience: Scheduling experience in LTC preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Core Competencies: Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Master Management: Create, update, and maintain staff schedules across shifts and departments.
• Shift Shortage Coverage: Address call-outs, tardiness, and vacancies; adjust schedules and coordinate with staff or agencies.
• Attendance & Payroll Tracking: Record attendance, overtime, and absences for payroll accuracy.
• HR & Recruitment Alignment: Coordinate with HR on leaves, status changes, and resignations, supporting recruitment and retention.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with DON, ADON, Administrator and department heads to meet staffing needs.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
