Job summary

Star Pediatrics by Abound Health in New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to lead Staffing Coordinators, optimize nurse capacity, and drive staffing performance. This hybrid role requires travel between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook offices.

You will leverage analytics, forecasting, and KPI reporting to reduce open hours, improve utilization, and build scalable processes aligned with growth.

Qualifications

3+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
Proven ability to lead teams with measurable performance goals.
Strong data, analytics, forecasting, and reporting skills.
Experience improving workforce utilization and staffing coverage.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Residency in New Jersey with ability to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Staffing Coordinators across offices.
Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Collaborate with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Ops.
Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements for scalability.
Establish accountability measures and performance standards.
Optimize workflows and technology use for better coverage and utilization.
Monitor staffing metrics and implement action plans to improve performance.
Support growth initiatives with capacity forecasting and operational excellence.
