Staffing Operations Manager

Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Staffing Operations Manager to support a growing contingent workforce program. This role will manage contractor requisitions from intake through start date while partnering closely with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and internal operations teams.

You will coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and start dates, manage agency relationships, track end dates, and ensure accurate data and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in contingent workforce management, staffing operations, resource management, recruiting operations, or a related function
• Experience partnering directly with staffing agencies or an MSP
• Understanding of candidate submittals, bill rates, SOWs, and staffing markups
• Strong interview scheduling and coordination experience
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience with JIRA, Slack, Rippling, or similar systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Contingent workforce compliance experience is a plus
• Defense or government contractor experience is a plus
