Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse, production, and distribution facilities across several sites in the United States. The role drives operational excellence, develops site leadership, and ensures consistent execution across locations, including safety and quality focus.

The position requires managing warehousing, inventory, shipping/receiving, and continuous improvement efforts with about 25% travel to other facilities.

Job description

I'm partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse, production, and distribution facilities across a multiple sites.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing site leadership teams, improving performance, and ensuring consistent execution across locations. The position oversees warehousing, inventory, production, shipping/receiving, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will require 25% out of state travel.

• Background in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or production environments
• Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams
• Strong financial, KPI, and budget management skills
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence experience
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed [

Qualifications Required:

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience
• Multi-site warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution management experience
• Proven ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing teams
• Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience preferred
• Strong financial, KPI, and budget management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
• Expertise in inventory, production, logistics, and customer fulfillment operations
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence

Work Schedule: Onsite

Compensation: $150-170k base
