LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Global Mobility Specialist to support employee lifecycle activities and international mobility in Culver City, CA.

You will manage onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding, process HR transactions in Workday, and handle cases through ServiceNow, coordinating immigration, relocation and cross-border employment. This role requires 4+ years in HR Operations with advanced Workday and hands-on ServiceNow experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Employee Services.
• Advanced hands-on Workday experience required.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience required.
• Knowledge of global mobility, immigration and relocation processes.
• Strong case management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

On-site: Culver City, CA

We’re seeking an experienced HR Operations & Global Mobility Specialist to support employee lifecycle activities, complex HR transactions, and international mobility within a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding
• Process and troubleshoot HR transactions in Workday
• Manage employee and manager cases through ServiceNow
• Coordinate global mobility cases involving immigration, relocation, and cross-border employment
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Talent Acquisition, IT, and external mobility vendors
• Maintain accurate employee data and support process improvements

Compensation: $45 to $50 per hour
