AN-MI Services in Tulsa is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to keep our local workforce pipeline moving, fill openings quickly, and set employees up for success.

You will support recruiting, onboarding, and orientations, match staff to client assignments, coordinate with payroll, and communicate schedules clearly with applicants, employees, supervisors, and clients while maintaining confidential staffing files.

Qualifications

• Learn recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and timekeeping processes.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear verbal/written communication; able to communicate in English and a second required language.
• Professional judgment with sensitive applicant/employee and payroll information.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn ATS/scheduling/timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and orientations.
• Match employees to client assignments.
• Partner with payroll to ensure time records are submitted and accurate.
• Communicate schedules and updates with applicants, employees, supervisors, and clients.
• Keep staffing files complete and confidential.
