Job summary

Senior Suites in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a proactive staffing coordinator to manage a fast-paced environment and ensure top-notch organizational and customer service standards.

You will plan and implement staffing strategies, collaborate with recruiting agencies, screen candidates, support onboarding and orientation, schedule shifts, and prepare reports for upper management to drive staffing decisions. A Certified Nurse Aide licensure or higher is preferred.
