Job summary

Mondo is seeking a highly motivated Agency Recruiter to join our Boston team. This role is primarily remote with onsite presence once per week in Boston. You will manage a nationwide pipeline of technical professionals, own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, and lead outreach to engage top talent.
