• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Use job boards, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems to identify talent.
• Provide recruitment updates and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support offer coordination and onboarding activities as needed.

Job description

Boston, MA (hybrid) and an hourly rate of USD 30 to 45. GENii Consultants is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support technology hiring from talent sourcing through interview coordination and offer follow-up, working closely with hiring managers.

This role offers room to strengthen your technical recruiting and talent acquisition skills in a collaborative professional environment.
