Job summary

Fair Havens Center is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for Nursing Services to design and implement staffing patterns for professional and nonprofessional nursing staff.

Responsibilities include establishing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants, advising HR on staffing needs, interpreting AHCA regulations, participating in in-service training, and coordinating training with the Director of Nursing. This role ensures adequate coverage and supports QA/QI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Scheduling program SmartLinx experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AHCA Regulations required.
• Sensitivity to employees' needs while balancing staffing requirements.
