Qualifications

• Must be a CNA or higher credentialed caregiver in Texas.
• Experience in long-term care and staff scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and dependable.
• Fluent in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Coordinate shift coverage for call-outs and PTO requests.
• Lead orientation for new hires and ensure documentation is complete.
• Organize trainings, CNA certification, CPR, and CE courses.
• Monitor staff performance and address training needs.
• Maintain HR, state, and federal compliance records.
• Communicate scheduling updates with department heads.
