Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to maintain full staffing, organize schedules, and support onboarding and ongoing staff training in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, clear communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a CNA credential in Texas, experience with long-term care staffing, and a proven ability to manage coverage, training, and performance while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) credential in Texas.
• Experience in long-term care and staff scheduling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Create and Manage Schedules to ensure full staff coverage.
• Coordinate Shift Coverage for call-outs, PTO, and open shifts.
• Lead Orientation for new hires and ensure onboarding documentation is complete.
• Facilitate Training (in-services, CNA classes, CPR, CE).
• Monitor Staff Performance through daily rounds and training needs.
• Ensure Compliance with HR, state, and federal regulations in records.
• Communicate scheduling updates and needs with department heads.
