Job summary

Landmarkplano is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to maintain a fully staffed, well-trained care team in our Plano facility. In this role, you will create and adjust daily schedules, coordinate shift coverage, and guide new hires through onboarding.

You will organize in-services and training, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with HR and state regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing staff schedules.
• Strong communication and coordination with care teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Fluent in reading and writing English.
• Empathy and compassion for elderly and disabled.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules to ensure full staff coverage.
• Coordinate shift coverage by filling call-outs and open shifts.
• Lead orientation for new hires with complete documentation.
• Facilitate training including in-services and CPR.
• Monitor staff performance through daily rounds.
• Ensure compliance with HR, state, and federal regulations.
• Communicate scheduling updates clearly with department heads.
