Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or higher credential in Texas.
• Experience in long-term care and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules to ensure full staff coverage.
• Coordinate shift coverage by filling call-outs and open shifts promptly.
• Lead orientation for new hires and ensure onboarding documentation is complete.
• Facilitate training including in-services and certification classes.
• Monitor staff performance through daily rounds and address training needs.
• Ensure compliance with HR, state, and federal regulations.
• Communicate scheduling updates clearly with department heads and staff.
