Job summary

Outfield-Healthcare-Partners is seeking an experienced staffing coordinator for a skilled nursing facility. You will assist in hiring and training, develop schedules, and handle time-keeping and leave requests. You will coordinate with payroll and partner agencies to fill vacancies and may cover shifts as needed.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative healthcare environment.
