• Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with state and federal staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and attendance reports; assist with payroll and timekeeping reconciliation.
• Track overtime and work to minimize labor costs.
• Support onboarding and scheduling of new hires.
• Communicate schedule updates professionally to staff and management.
• Assist with PBJ data collection and reporting as needed.

A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all nursing departments while supporting daily facility operations.
