• 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare recruiting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff, management, and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules and coordinate staff requests to ensure adequate coverage.
• Track and update daily attendance records (tardiness/absences).
• Notify DNS of excessive absences or tardiness per policy.
• Collaborate with HR and DNS to schedule modified-duty staff per medical restrictions and policy.
• Assist recruitment by sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Guide employees in completing scheduling forms (timecards, leave requests, day-off submissions).
• Finalize and post staff schedules in a timely manner.
• Assist with reports and documentation per company procedures.
• Perform additional HR, staffing and recruitment tasks as assigned.
