Responsibilities

• Manage nursing department schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Serve as primary contact for staffing inquiries and scheduling needs.
• Maintain employee records at hire, reclassification, or discharge.
• Assist with leave requests, time cards, and absence tracking.
• Coordinate with HR Director and DNS on modified duty schedules.
• Track attendance and tardiness; keep resident care staff listings current.
• Coordinate interviews and field applicant inquiries.
