Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare monthly staffing schedules.
• Monitor census and staffing to ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Coordinate coverage for time off and call-outs.
• Prepare reports on FTE, lateness, and payroll issues with HR.
• Attend staffing and nursing leadership meetings.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
