Right at Home North Dallas is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage client schedules and caregiver assignments, building strong relationships with caregivers and families. This role emphasizes responsiveness, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced home-care environment.

You will collaborate with the Care Management and Operations teams to ensure reliable, compassionate care and contribute to caregiver engagement and retention.

Formación

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Staffing, scheduling, healthcare or home care experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and telephone communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and maintain client schedules and caregiver assignments.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, availability, location and client needs.
• Respond quickly to call-offs, schedule changes and staffing needs.
• Develop relationships with caregivers and understand availability and preferences.
• Communicate proactively with clients, families, caregivers and office team.
• Identify staffing problems before emergencies when possible.
• Follow through on staffing issues until resolved.
• Help create schedule consistency and continuity of care.
• Support caregiver engagement, retention and overall employee experience.
• Partner with Care Management and Operations teams.
• Involvement in caregiver recruitment and hiring activities.
• Participate in a shared after-hours on-call rotation.
