Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in caregiver scheduling, care coordination, staffing, or related operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and plan ahead.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with initiative.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own caregiver scheduling to ensure coverage and continuity of care.
• Anticipate staffing challenges and prep contingency plans.
• Resolve last-minute scheduling issues independently and efficiently.
• Maintain relationships with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Coordinate assignments based on client needs and availability.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties.
• Provide direct client care when needed, with appropriate training.
• Participate in shared after-hours on-call rotation.
• Conduct caregiver orientations and onboarding support.
• Support administrative activities and office coordination.
• Maintain accurate records using WellSky Personal Care.
