Right at Home North Dallas is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to build relationships with caregivers and clients, manage schedules and respond quickly to changes. You will work in-office in North Dallas and participate in a shared on-call rotation, ensuring reliable and compassionate care.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, organization, and service excellence in a fast-paced home care environment, aligning with our mission to improve lives daily.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Staffing, scheduling, healthcare or home care experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with WellSky is a plus.
• Dependability, responsiveness and a strong sense of personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain client schedules and caregiver assignments.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, availability, location and client needs.
• Respond quickly to call-offs, schedule changes and staffing needs.
• Develop strong relationships with caregivers and understand their availability and preferences.
• Communicate proactively with clients, families, caregivers and the office team.
• Identify staffing problems before they become emergencies when possible.
• Follow through on staffing issues until resolved.
• Help create schedule consistency and continuity of care for clients.
• Support caregiver engagement, retention and the employee experience.
• Partner with Care Management and Operations teams.
• Involvement in caregiver recruitment and hiring activities.
• Participate in a shared after-hours on-call rotation.
