You will coordinate call-outs, vacations, leaves, onboarding, maintain records, assist payroll, and communicate with nursing leadership. Salary is up to $60,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and an equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing or scheduling experience in a skilled nursing facility, healthcare, or long-term care setting preferred
• Knowledge of nursing schedules and staffing requirements preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and staffing/payroll software systems
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all nursing departments while supporting daily facility operations.
