Job summary

Breeze Health and Rehab is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee staffing and scheduling for nursing and support staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place for every shift.

The role requires an active CNA license, proficiency in Excel/Word, and familiarity with scheduling software like Hosted Time, with a solid understanding of AHCA regulations and strong people skills to balance employee needs with facility demands.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants.
• Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates.
• Interpret HR policies for nursing staff and help coordinate training schedules with the DON.
• Cover staffing gaps for absences and leaves—adjusting schedules as needed.
• Keep accurate records of time off, attendance, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
