Breeze Health and Rehab is seeking a reliable Staffing Coordinator to oversee staffing and scheduling for nursing and support staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place each shift.

The role requires an active CNA license, proficiency with Excel/Word, and experience with scheduling software like Hosted Time. A solid understanding of AHCA regulations and strong interpersonal skills are essential to balance employee needs with facility demands.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and certified nursing assistants.
• Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates.
• Interpret HR policies for nursing staff and coordinate training schedules with the DON.
• Cover staffing gaps for absences and leaves—adjusting schedules as needed.
• Keep accurate records of time off, attendance, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
