Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in St. Louis, Missouri seeks an experienced Staffing Coordinator to manage nursing schedules, coordinate with agencies, and support payroll accuracy across shifts.

The role requires collaborating with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and HR to resolve staffing issues, participate in management meetings, and ensure compliant staffing levels. A CNA license and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are highly valued to maintain high‑quality patient

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and complete schedules for nursing department.

• Participate in management meetings as required.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
