Job summary

Hc is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join a nursing home team in Florida. This role focuses on creating and posting schedules, monitoring attendance, and coordinating with HR.

You will manage PTO, overtime, and agency staff coverage, generate reports for the DON, and ensure payroll-related tasks align with facility policies.

Candidates should have long-term care scheduling experience, HS diploma, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have staffing coordinator experience in long term care.
• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED.
• Experience in long term care with scheduling, HR and payroll.
• Computer knowledge required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.

Responsibilities
