Apploi seeks a Staffing Coordinator for Nursing Services in Miami to design and implement staffing patterns for professional and nonprofessional nursing staff, coordinating with HR and the DON to ensure coverage and policy alignment. STAFFING COORDINATOR, FULL TIME...IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!

OVERVIEW:

The Staffing Coordinator for Nursing Services will be responsible for the design and implementation of staffing patterns for professional and nonprofessional nursing employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes staffing patterns and schedules for nurses and nursing assistants
• Works with human resources to advise them of staffing needs, terminations, and other information necessary for the smooth flow of work regarding employees
• Interprets human resource policies for nursing staff and participates in in-service training, works with the DON to schedule training classes
• Assists in securing staff for absences, leaves, etc., adjusting schedules as required
• Maintains records on vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, holidays, excused and unexcused absences, and recommends appropriate action
• Assists in administering the uniform policy for the facility

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Must be strong in Excel and Word
