Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join its nursing home team in Miami. This role focuses on creating and posting schedules, tracking attendance, and coordinating with HR and payroll.

You will monitor daily PPD, minimize overtime, arrange agency coverage when needed, and provide staffing reports to the Director of Nursing. An equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have staffing coordinator experience in long term care.
• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED.
• Computer knowledge required.
• Experience in long term care with scheduling, HR and payroll.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate reports to the DON relating to staffing, vacancies or agency use.
• Keep accurate record of all PTO and change requests.
• Experience working with payroll as well as minor HR functions.
