• Coordinate staffing coverage to ensure adequate staffing on all shifts.
• Calculate PPD's for nursing ratios.
• Monitor attendance, call-outs, and overtime.
• Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes to department leadership.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation scheduling as needed.
• Ensure staffing practices support facility policies and resident care needs.
