Job summary
Vivo Healthcare West Orange is seeking a highly organized Staffing Coordinator/Driver to join our team in Ocoee, FL. You will develop and maintain nursing staff schedules, coordinate staffing coverage, and ensure adequate staffing on all shifts, while communicating with department leadership and maintaining accurate staffing records.

Qualifications
- Develop nursing staff schedules templates in Empeon.
- Coordinate staffing coverage to ensure adequate staffing on all shifts.
- Calculate PPD's for nursing ratios.
- Monitor attendance, call-outs, and overtime.
- Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes to department leadership.
- Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation scheduling as needed.
- Ensure staffing practices support facility policies and resident care needs.
