Job summary

Vivo Healthcare West Orange in Ocoee, FL is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Driver who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our operations team. You will develop and maintain nursing staff schedules, coordinate coverage across all shifts, and ensure accurate staffing records to support resident care needs.

Work closely with nursing staff and department leadership to communicate schedule changes, monitor attendance and overtime, and assist with recruitment and onboarding as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules templates in Empeon
• Coordinate staffing coverage to ensure adequate staffing on all shifts
• Calculate PPD's for nursing ratios
• Monitor attendance, call-outs, and overtime
• Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes to department leadership
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation scheduling as needed
• Ensure staffing practices support facility policies and resident care needs
