Job summary

SNF Healthcare's Cedar Grove Respiratory and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator for a temporary 3-6 month assignment. You will help ensure staffing needs are met and support the Human Resources Director with recruiting, sourcing, and hiring talent.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing staffing strategies, partnering with agencies, screening candidates, assisting with orientation, creating shift schedules, supporting timekeeping, and reporting to

• Minimum: high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience as Staffing Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

We are looking for an experienced temporary (3-6 months) Staffing Coordinator to join the Cedar Grove Respiratory and Nursing Center team! As the Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's staffing needs are met.
