Job summary

SNF Healthcare's Cedar Grove Respiratory and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator for a temporary 3-6 month assignment. You will help ensure staffing needs are met and support the Human Resources Director with recruiting, sourcing, and hiring talent.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing staffing strategies, partnering with agencies, screening candidates, assisting with orientation, creating shift schedules, supporting timekeeping, and reporting to

Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience as Staffing Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy.
• Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly.
• Work with staffing agencies as needed.
• Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions.
• Assist in candidate screening and interviewing.
• Assist with new employee orientation.
• Design and plan work shift schedules.
• Provide assistance with timekeeping.
• Create, present and submit reports to management.
