Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure the center has the right team in place for high-quality resident care. You will work with leadership, HR, recruiting, and department heads to create a positive experience for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes scheduling, records accuracy, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced healthcare setting. A high school diploma is required with LTC experience preferred, including leadership communication and

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures.
• Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with annual performance review processes as needed.
• Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads.
• Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively.
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure medical records are complete and maintained.
• Support timely collection, filing, and tracking of documentation while maintaining resident confidentiality.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator
