Freedom Village Bradenton is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to plan and oversee staffing in a skilled nursing facility. The role ensures staffing plans align with company policies and legal regulations while supporting resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a staffing coordinator or in a similar role.
• Ability to manage people and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Assisting with employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintaining daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates to management.
• Reporting scheduling issues and job vacancies to management.
• Coordinating with payroll to verify staff details and working hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• At least 1 year of experience as a staffing coordinator or in a similar position.
• Ability to efficiently manage people and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
