You will also support recruitment, training, and performance reviews, maintain staffing reports, and coordinate with payroll. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills and teamwork in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of staffing coordinator or similar experience.
• Strong people management and resource coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee staffing in a skilled nursing facility.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure staffing requirements are met.
