Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services.
• Patient, kind, and enthusiastic.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• CPR certification preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Shopping and errands.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, ironing, dusting).
• Home organization.
• Transportation assistance.
• Meeting safety needs of clients and using equipment safely.
• Documentation of client services.

• CPR Certification (current or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents and their unique needs.
