Manchester Rehab & Healthcare in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our care-focused team. You will collaborate with the DON to staff units, maintain schedules, and ensure smooth operations across departments.

This role emphasizes relationship-building with staff and strong organizational skills to meet changing staffing needs. The ideal candidate has prior staffing coordination experience in healthcare, a high school diploma, and the ability to adapt to stress and unexpected

Qualificações

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as Staffing Coordinator/Director within a nursing center or healthcare setting - desired!
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate a high level of flexibility and ability to handle stress, change, and unexpected occurrences

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
• Complete nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
• Consult with Nursing Department staff and supervisors concerning the staff/scheduling needs to reduce/eliminate problems.
• Assist employees with accurate completion and timeliness of Time Request Forms.
• Contact employees via telephone, email, text, etc. to ensure work sheets/time schedules are up to date.
• Answer employee calls regarding staffing/scheduling functions.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:TheS taffing Coordinatoris an integral part of the management team, a leader who works hand in hand with the DON in staffing appropriately, helping maintain direction and ease in scheduling and staffing. A Staffing Director/coordinator develops and maintain a good working rapport with interdepartmental employees, as well as other departments within the facility.
