Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Ardmore, PA. You will coordinate schedules, place staffing orders, and work with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and adequate coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources
• Place orders for staffing assignments based on patient census and staff availability
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement staffing plans
• Monitor and report on staffing metrics, such as turnover rates and vacancy rates
• Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective placement of temporary staff
• Identify and address staffing gaps and provide recommendations for improvement
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to optimize staffing processes and patient outcomes
