Job summary

Beacon Hill, a leading US staffing firm, seeks a Staffing Consultant to handle full-cycle recruiting for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify job seekers, coaching them from resume tips to interview pointers and post-interview follow-up.

You’ll build strong relationships with job seekers and client companies, present offers, manage the offer process, and stay connected with candidates on assignment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews and coach candidates through the process.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Proactively call candidates and set up meetings.
• Interview candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Present offers and manage the offer process.
• Stay in touch with candidates on assignment and support needs.
• Collaborate with team on open positions and postings.
