Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Phoenix to full-cycle recruit—sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will manage the entire process from sourcing to placement, and coach job seekers through resumes, interviews, and post-interview steps.

You’ll engage with job seekers via phone, email, or in-person, build relationships, and contribute to a results-driven, growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate pipelines.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Review resumes with clients and conduct mock interviews.
• Coordinate offers and next steps with candidates and clients.
• Maintain a high-volume outreach, with disciplined follow-up to build a candidate book.
