Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Staffing Consultant to recruit, interview, hire, and support employees while partnering with local businesses to meet their staffing needs.

You will interview candidates, place them in temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles, and guide onboarding and safety training. This exempt, salaried position offers a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and growth opportunities.

Job description

IQ Resource Group is looking for a Staffing Consultant to join our Oshkoshteam. In this role, you'll recruit, interview, hire, and support employees while partnering with local businesses to meet their staffing needs. Compensation

Earn $42,540-$64,960+ per year.

This is a salaried, exempt position that combines a competitive base salary with commission and performance bonuses.

• Base Salary: $37,440-$45,760 annually (approximately $18.00-$22/hour equivalent)
• Commission & Bonus Potential: Estimated $5,100-$19,200+ annually
• Paid Time Off: Two weeks of paid vacation during your first year
