You will build relationships with job seekers, coach them through the process, and collaborate with teams to fill open positions. The role combines base salary with uncapped commission and includes structured training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Tenacious self-motivation with strong goal orientation.
• Independent judgment in matching candidates to client needs.
• Ability to coach candidates through resume edits, interviews, and offers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify prospective candidates via cold calling and sourcing.
• Interview candidates and assess fit for temporary/contract roles.
• Post jobs on boards and manage candidate relationships through process steps.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews with resume reviews and mock interviews.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding steps after interviews.
