Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. As a Staffing Consultant, you will own the full sales and recruitment cycle, from prospecting new business to placing qualified talent with client companies. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Hunt for new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and consistent prospecting activity.
• Manage the full 360-degree staffing cycle, including business development, client consultation, recruiting, matching, and placement.
• Negotiate client agreements, rates, and placement terms while building a profitable book of business.
• Develop long-term client relationships that lead to repeat staffing opportunities.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant sales, business development, recruiting, or account management experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong phone presence and comfort with outbound calling and new client outreach.
• Consultative communication skills with the ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
• Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on results.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client and candidate priorities.
• Interest in the staffing, recruiting, employment services, or talent solutions industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, B2B sales, or high-volume client development.
• Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, or sales tracking tools.
• Demonstrated success building a book of business or managing client accounts.
• Interest in long-term career growth into senior sales, account executive, team lead, or branch management roles.
