FrankCrum is seeking a full-time, onsite Recruiter in the Tampa/ Clearwater, FL area to consult, source, and recommend candidates for client organizations. The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and coordinating with onboarding to ensure smooth hires.

The ideal candidate will have agency recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience; two years of staffing/recruiting experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; bilingual is a plus.
• Onsite role; not hybrid or remote.
• Agency recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen top talent using industry tools and social media.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and provide debriefs.
• Perform reference checks.
• Negotiate pay rates with candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with onboarding team to ensure smooth start.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS/CRM system.

The Role You'llPlay to Create Success

We are eager to announce a full-time, onsite,Recruiterposition at one of our Staffing offices in Tampa and Clearwater,FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by consulting, sourcing, and recommending candidates to client organizations.

1. Leverages experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, ATS and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
2. Builds relationships with top candidates and establishes a pipeline of qualified resources.
3. Conducts personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients.
4. Prepares and facilitates candidate interviews with clients and follow-up debriefing.
5. Performs thorough reference checks.
6. Negotiates pay rates.
7. Engages with support team, which handles on-boarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
8. Maintains timely, compliant and accurate documentation and metrics requirements on all activity related to prospects, clients, and candidates via the FCS database systems.
9. Bilingual in English/ Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
10. Onsite only, this role is not hybrid or remote
11. Agency recruiting experience preferred

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and time management and organization skills. Knowledge of ATS and CRM functions, staffing industry-recruiting, recruitment practices, labor laws, and company service and products. In addition, a bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent years of experience, two (2) years of staffing industry-recruiting experience and a proven track record of placing candidates. Fluent in Spanish and English.
