Employbridge is seeking an energetic Staffing Assistant to join our Austin team, bringing administrative and customer service skills to a fast-paced branch. The role covers greet candidates, screening, onboarding support, payroll updates, and document handling for workers' compensation, with opportunities to grow in recruiting and staffing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office.
• Excellent customer service skills and diplomacy in stressful situations.
• Ability to switch tasks and manage repetitive duties.
• Strong communication at all organizational levels.
• Solid time management and organization skills.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in candidates and serve as the first point of contact
• Receive and screen visitors and calls; handle inquiries
• Assist onboarding and new-hire orientations for the customer success team
• Support recruiting team to ensure applicants complete the process
• Coordinate and scan documents in support of workers compensation claims
• Process and update payroll records
• Document unemployment terms and CRM entries
• Create, process, and file purchase orders and invoices
• Order supplies based on needs and budget resources
• Other duties as assigned
