Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Staff Product Engineer and Web Lead to define the web engineering foundation for homeowner and contractor portals, internal tools, and AI-powered dashboards. You will shape architecture, lead shared components, and deliver production-ready features while collaborating with product, design, backend, AI, and data teams.

You will own architecture, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on from decisions to delivery, driving performance, security, and a cohesive design system

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional web development experience.
• Owns at least one product through a 0 → 1 → scale journey.
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript; Python experience is a plus.
• Experience architecting modular front-end platforms and shared component systems.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, performance, and build optimization.
• Experience with complex APIs and data-rich interfaces; exposure to AI or telemetry products is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, accessibility, observability, and modern web security.
• Excellent communication across product, design, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and roadmap for web experiences across the platform.
• Build shared component libraries, design systems, routing, state management, and data-visualization frameworks.
• Deliver reliable, high-performance features with cross-functional teams.
• Establish standards for testing, CI/CD, accessibility, observability, performance, and web security.
• Turn AI insights and telemetry into intuitive, data-rich user experiences.
• Mentor engineers and help shape technical culture as the team grows.
• Remain hands-on from architectural decisions through production delivery.
