United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer for the Dashboard product in San Francisco. You will own the frontend quality, drive performance improvements, and partner with Design to translate creative intent into high-fidelity implementations.

You will mentor engineers, explore AI-powered experiences, and raise the bar for frontend craftsmanship across the team.

Qualifications

• This is a Staff-level role with 10+ years of experience building and shipping complex, user-facing web applications at large scale.
• Deep expertise in modern frontend development with strong visual precision.
• Proven ability to drive UI consistency and polish across large, distributed products.
• Experience translating design intent into production frontend implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend quality, consistency, and visual craft of the Dashboard's high-traffic pages.
• Identify and drive improvements in consistency, performance, and polish across the Dashboard.
• Partner with Design and Product to assess frontend feasibility and standards.
• Contribute to and advocate for the design system across Dashboard surfaces.
• Establish frontend quality standards including patterns and code review practices.
• Prototype AI-powered experiences to enhance merchant interaction with products.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on integration points while maintaining frontend focus.
